PPG Photos Of Wings

Get High On Life....Not On Drugs

These PPG photos are pictures of some of the powered paragliding wings that I've flown. Some of the wings were my own and some belong to friends. Each wing has a different feel when you fly it.

There are different things to keep in mind when choosing a wing. First, you want to be aware of the weight limit for each wing. There's also speed to take into consideration.

This yellow and white wing is an ADG Salsa wing. It's the first wing I bought and I flew the life out of it.

I love my American flag wing. It always draws a lot of attention, and I've particularly enjoyed flying it around for July 4th celebrations and special events. A few years ago I had the chance to fly it over the Bus Demolition Derby in St. John, Indiana, for the First Baptist Church Youth Conference. It was quite a crowd pleaser.

This red wing is made by APCO and you can see me taking off at the beach here in Australia. I don't get down there as often as I'd like, but it's a fantastic place to fly when the tide is out and the breeze is coming in perfectly off the ocean.
